CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location - Colchester. Essex 
Position - Wrap Around Assistant 
Contract or position start date: 01/09/2026 
Duration / Likely Duration - ongoing 
Contract type - Long-Term/Supply 
Full time/part time - Full Time 
Minimum rate of pay Minimum rate - £90- £110 
Hours - Monday to Friday - 15.15 - 18.00 

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must have experience working in a classroom setting 
Must have experience with SEN needs
Must be comfortable with challenging behaviour 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
