We’re recruiting enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our wraparound care team through Teaching Personnel. These roles involve supporting children before and after school in a safe, engaging, and energetic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This isn’t a “stand and supervise” role. We’re looking for people who will get stuck in and lead the fun!

Running and leading games, activities, and creative sessions
Keeping children engaged, happy, and safe
Taking initiative if something’s not happening, you make it happen!
Managing behaviour confidently and positively
Creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere

Who We’re Looking For:

Perfect for:

University students wanting work around lectures
Aspiring teachers or those interested in childcare
Anyone with transferable skills (sports coaching, drama, youth work, camps, etc.)
You’ll need to be:

Confident leading groups of children
Proactive and not waiting to be told what to do
Energetic, creative, and engaging
Comfortable taking control of a room when needed
Reliable and professional

This is an agency role through Teaching Personnel, so all successful applicants will be required to complete clearance checks, including:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
