As a Senior Wind Turbine Engineer, you will play a central role in the planning, technical coordination, and execution of offshore wind turbine systems. You will be responsible for implementing robust and cost-effective engineering strategies, managing supplier negotiations, and ensuring alignment with company engineering standards and industry best practices. You will also act as a technical liaison, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners, and contributing to commercial and contractual decision-making where technical insight is required.
Can be based in London or Glasgow
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engineering strategies for offshore wind turbine packages.
* Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces.
* Manage relationships and negotiations with offshore supply chain partners.
* Ensure compliance with corporate engineering standards and technical requirements.
* Support commercial activities with technical expertise.
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure high H&SE performance across all engineering activities.
* Drive quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in offshore wind turbine systems
