x3 D365 CE Testers needed! Ideally worked in housing.
I'm looking for experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Testers to join this project and play a key role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a major housing occupancy solution. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders to validate business processes, ensure system functionality aligns with user needs, and help deliver a robust Dynamics 365 CE implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute UAT cycles for D365 CE solutions focused on housing occupancy workflows.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and developers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Ensure testing aligns with business requirements and occupancy-related use cases.
- Support go-live readiness and post-implementation validation.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in testing Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
- Strong background in UAT testing, ideally within housing or occupancy domains.
- Ability to write clear test scripts and scenarios based on business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Test Manager, or similar.
