Location: Nuneaton
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
Pay: £12.25 per hour
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Yard and Distribution Operative to join our busy team in Nuneaton. You’ll play a key part in keeping our yard and deliveries running smoothly — from loading and unloading vehicles to maintaining equipment and handling materials safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely load and unload vehicles
* Operate pressure washers and steam cleaners
* Use machinery such as panel saws, metal saws, and abrasive wheels
* Deliver and collect materials from suppliers when required
* Repair and refurbish gates as needed
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Positive attitude and flexibility with working hours
* Strong team player with good communication skills
* Own safety boots required
* Previous general labouring experience preferred
* Physically fit and confident handling heavy materials
