Job Title: Counterbalance FLT Driver / Labourer
Location: Hinckley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay:
* Starting rate: £12.50 per hour
* After 12 weeks (permanent): £12.75 per hour
* After 6 weeks as permanent FLT driver: £13.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Hinckley for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Labourer. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role offering a clear path to permanent employment and regular pay increases.
Main Duties:
* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
* Moving picked pallets to the loading area
* Manual handling and general labouring
* Working both indoors and outdoors
* Keeping work areas clean and tidy
Requirements:
* A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
