Yard Operative (with Counterbalance Forklift Duties)
Location: Braintree, Essex
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a well-established Engineering company based in Braintree. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term, full-time position with great prospects.

Main duties will include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (valid licence required)
Working outside in a busy yard environment

Keeping the yard organised, clean, and safe
Following instructions from supervisors and team leaders
Counting, moving, and managing stock
The ideal candidate:
Holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
Has previous experience working outdoors or in a yard/warehouse role
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Has good attention to detail and a positive team attitude
