An established and fast-growing hire company is looking for a reliable and motivated Yard Operative to join their team. Salary £25,396

Monday-Friday working hours 7am-4pm
24 days holiday plus bank holidays

Responsibilities of the Yard Operative:
Clean, check, and prepare welfare units for hire
Assist with loading and unloading units and other equipment
Carry out basic yard maintenance duties
Ensure the yard is kept clean, tidy and organised
Work closely with drivers, engineers, and the hire desk team
What we are looking for in a Yard Operative:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Happy to work around waste
Team player with a proactive attitude
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse or hire environment is ideal but not essential
