Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00 (1-hour break)
Location: Detling

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Detling for a Yard Operative to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on, full-time role with long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance FLT (full training provided - no prior experience necessary)
Picking products according to order tickets
Loading and unloading vehicles
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
About You:
Must have your own vehicle due to site location
Willing to learn new skills and undergo in-house FLT training
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
What's on Offer:
Competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
