Job Description
Are you an organized, hands-on leader with experience in managing busy yard operations? We're looking for a proactive Yard Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team and keep things running smoothly!
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day yard operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity
*
Coordinate deliveries, collections, and yard logistics
*
Supervise and support a team of yard staff, including scheduling and task delegation
*
Ensure all equipment and machinery is maintained and used safely
*
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
*
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free yard environment
*
Enforce health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in a similar supervisory or yard-based role
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
*
Forklift license (required)
*
Basic IT and admin skills
*
A commitment to health and safety compliance
*
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
