Full-time responsibility for a Year 1 class
Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across the KS1 curriculum
Supporting early reading and phonics development (e.g., Little Wandle, Read Write Inc.)
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Working closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early learning strategies
Is passionate about fostering independence and curiosity in young learners
Has excellent classroom management and communication skills
