· QTS with experience teaching in Early Years or Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience desirable)

· Skilled at creating a positive, supportive learning environment
· Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
· Eager to continue growing professionally and contribute to a culture of excellence
