We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at a thriving primary school in Levenshulme. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a well-resourced and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

Full-time maternity cover from January 2026
Teaching a vibrant and enthusiastic Year 1 class
Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues and supportive leadership
Delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
Contributing to the wider life of the school
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Year 1
Strong classroom management
Ability to differentiate lessons to support all learners
Good understanding of the national curriculum and current teaching approaches
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Confident in using technology to support learning
