We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join our dynamic team from September 2025.
The Role
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children during a vital stage of their learning journey. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to meet the needs of all pupils.
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering the EYFS and Key Stage 1 curriculum effectively to a Year 1 class
*
Creating a positive, safe, and motivating classroom environment
*
Using assessment and observation to track pupil progress and inform teaching
*
Collaborating closely with colleagues within the Key Stage 1 team
*
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
*
Contributing to whole-school initiatives and extracurricular activities
We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Experience teaching Year 1 or in Key Stage 1, with a good understanding of the curriculum
*
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
*
A creative, reflective practitioner with a commitment to inclusive education
*
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
*
Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and teamwork
*
