Location: Brent
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)
Salary: MPS3 – UPS3 (Inner London)
Suitable for: Experienced teachers only (no ECTs)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Year 1 Teacher to join our dedicated team from September 2025. This is a permanent, full-time position suitable for teachers on MPS3 to UPS3.
As the sole Year 1 teacher in our one-form entry school, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your class while receiving support from an experienced leadership team, knowledgeable subject leads, and a close-knit staff body.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a teacher who:

Has recent, successful experience teaching in Key Stage 1
*
Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics (ideally using a validated SSP)
*
Is proactive, reflective and committed to continual improvement
*
Has high expectations for all pupils and supports them to achieve their best
*
Works well independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
*
Can communicate effectively with parents and carers and build strong home-school links
