Job Description
A nurturing and community-driven two-form entry school in Letchworth is seeking a passionate and reflective Year 1 Teacher to join its strong KS1 team in September 2025. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique transition between Reception and Year 1 and who can deliver learning in a calm, creative and engaging way.

Salary: MPS – UPS
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025
You’ll be joining a well-supported year group where planning is shared and underpinned by clear learning goals.
