Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleaguesYear 1 Teacher Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE, BEd or equivalent
Experience teaching in KS1, ideally in Year 1 (preferred, not essential)
Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing, inclusive teaching approach
Reflective and adaptable, with a passion for continuous professional development
