As a qualified Year 1 teacher, you will be expected to:
Hold a valid teaching qualification (applications from ECTs are welcome)
Have experience working with young learners in a primary school setting, preferably within Key Stage 1
Hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate (required for working with children)
Be able to provide two professional references to support your application
Bring strong classroom management skills, excellent communication, and a nurturing, child-centred approach to learning

Maintain high professional standards and demonstrate a committed, reliable work ethic
Draw on Key Stage 1 experience and adapt confidently to new classroom environments
