Free CPD and Constant Support with interviewing and teachingEmpowering Learning are working with this inclusive, two-form entry primary school in the heart of Waltham Forest who are recruiting for a Year 1 Teacher to start in September for the academic year. The school are ideally seeking an experienced teacher with at least 2 years' experience. The school are looking for a confident and professional teacher with proven skills in behaviour management and who is happy to take on extra-curricular activities and really involve themselves within the school community.

Located in the borough of Waltham Forest, North-East London, this lovely school has great facilities and resources and follow a creative curriculum, with children encouraged to be independent learners.
The school has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted.
The senior leadership team are very supportive and there is good staff retention at the school.
School is close to public transport links.To be successful in this role you must:
Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
Have at least 2 years' experience teaching in a primary classroom in a mainstream setting and have a good knowledge of the primary curriculum.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
