Protocol Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded three-form entry primary school in Enfield to appoint a committed and experienced Year 2 teacher to join their team from September 2025.

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching to a Year 2 class, in line with the national curriculum
Collaborate with fellow Year 2 teachers to plan engaging and effective lessons
Foster a positive learning environment that supports the development of each child
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience in a KS1 setting
Sound understanding of the Year 2 curriculum, including phonics and assessment frameworks
Excellent classroom management and the ability to build positive rapport with pupils
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A reflective and proactive approach to professional development
