What you'll need to succeed 

Qualified Teacher Status
Recent experience teaching in Key Stage One, ideally Year 2
Confident behaviour management and a warm, consistent approach
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment expectations
Ability to plan engaging lessons that support a range of learners
Good communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude
Reliability, organisation and a commitment to creating a calm, purposeful classroom
