We are seeking a passionate and committed Year 2 Teacher to join our dedicated team from September 2025.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to teach a Year 2 class and make a positive impact at a crucial stage of children’s learning. You will plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum and address the diverse needs of pupils, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering inclusive, well-structured lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum

Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment

Assessing and tracking pupil progress to tailor teaching effectively

Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Collaborating with the KS1 team to support school development and improvement

Participating actively in school events and enrichment activities
We Are Looking For
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably Year 2
*
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
*
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*
A creative, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
*
Commitment to professional development and teamwork
*
