About the Role
As our Year 2 Class Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils as they complete Key Stage 1 and prepare to transition into Key Stage 2. You will be responsible for delivering well-structured lessons, assessing progress accurately, and creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and resilience.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A thorough understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and pedagogy

Experience teaching in Year 2 or a strong interest in this stage of learning

Strong classroom management and high expectations for pupil behaviour and progress

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A reflective, enthusiastic approach to teaching and professional development
