We are currently working with a popular and well-established three-form entry primary school in Ealing seeking a committed Year 2 Class Teacher to join their team in the new academic year. A TLR is available for candidates interested in taking on additional leadership as Year Group Lead.

Encourages teacher autonomy and innovation in the classroomYear 2 Teacher Requirements:
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education
Have experience teaching Year 2 or Key Stage 1 (ECTs also welcome to apply)
Be confident in delivering engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and strong classroom presence
Be proactive, reflective, and passionate about early learning
Be open to leading a year group (for those applying with TLR in mind)You will be supported by experienced teaching assistants and a leadership team committed to your professional growth.
