Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Year 2 teacher who wants to work with enthusiastic children and staff.  The school is set in wonderful grounds and facilities within the school are excellent. Having received ‘good’ in all areas by Ofsted, this school is now on an exciting journey to get even better. This role is based at a vibrant and inclusive primary school for children aged 2-11, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Demonstrate excellent subject and curriculum knowledge Requirements To be considered for the role of Year 2 Class Teacher you will: have QTS have recent experience in teaching Year 2 have an enthusiastic, proactive and lively manner be a committed and inspirational teacher with a passion for supporting all pupils to reach their full potential strive for excellence have high expectations of self and pupils be a great team playerand have the ability to maintain a positive outlook have the ability to build good relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues be commited to equal opportunities be patienct and have a good sense of humour be willing to continually improve own practice, working collaboratively with colleagues.
