Salary: M1-UPS3 (£31,650-£49,084) - dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
A welcoming and highly regarded two-form entry primary school in Abingdon is seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team. This role is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers.
For ECTs, the school provides an outstanding induction programme with mentoring and training to support your first steps in teaching. For experienced teachers, there are clear pathways to middle leadership and professional development opportunities.
As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Support pupil progress through assessment and feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards
Contribute to school life and wider learning initiativesRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
