As the class teacher for a well-behaved and eager cohort, you’ll be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons across the curriculum. This programme follows the Early Career Framework (ECF) and provides comprehensive training, mentoring, and development opportunities tailored to your needs. ECF-based training modules: Covering core areas such as pedagogy, behaviour management, curriculum design, assessment, and professional conduct. Assigned mentor: A dedicated and experienced teacher providing regular feedback, guidance, and one-n-one support. Observation and feedback sessions: Structured classroom observations with detailed feedback from your mentor and school leadership. Personalised development plan: Tailored support based on your strengths and areas for improvement.  This induction programme is continuously monitored and adapted to ensure it meets your individual needs and the school’s expectations.
