Job Description
Year 3 Primary Class Teacher - Full-Time (Maternity Cover)
Location: Epsom
Start Date: September 2025
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school community in Epsom from September 2025. This is a full-time position to cover maternity leave, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
About the Role:
Full-time Year 3 class teacher position (Monday to Friday)
Full teaching, planning, and assessment responsibility
PPA time every Friday afternoon (children finish at 13:30), which may be worked from home
Attendance at weekly CPD sessions required every Tuesday until 17:15
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive teaching team
What We're Looking For:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3
Strong classroom management and planning skills
A commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to engage in whole-school development
