Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher with a passion for supporting pupils’ growth both academically and personally? Supply Desk is proud to be working with a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Hemel Hempstead that is seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join their team from January 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher or a developing educator looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive school community.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment framework
Ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across all subjects
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for promoting pupils’ wider personal development
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to Year 3 learners
Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring all children reach their potential
Contribute to school initiatives, enrichment activities, and class projects
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
Take part in staff meetings, training, and whole-school events
