Year 3 Teacher - Enfield | September 2025 Start
Location: Enfield, North London
Contract: Full-Time | Maternity Cover (2 terms or up to 1 year)

Remedy Education is working in partnership with a warm and inclusive primary school in Enfield to recruit a creative and dedicated Year 3 Teacher for a maternity cover position starting in September 2025.
This role plays a vital part in supporting pupils through their early Key Stage 2 learning journey. You'll help children deepen their understanding, develop core literacy and numeracy skills, and build confidence in a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages independence and curiosity
Use formative and summative assessment to track and support pupil progress
Support children in developing key skills in reading, writing, maths, and reasoning
Create a positive and well-organised classroom environment that promotes inclusion and positive behaviour
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support all learners effectivelyThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in KS2, ideally with Year 3
A good understanding of child development and the KS2 curriculum
A creative, nurturing, and inclusive approach to teaching
Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
A commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing
