Job Description
A well-established primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role, with full class teaching responsibilities.

About the Role:
Lead a Year 3 class with full responsibility for planning, delivery, assessment, and pastoral care.
Create engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity and progress.
Work closely with the KS2 phase team to ensure continuity and collaboration.
Contribute to a positive school ethos where pupils are respectful, motivated, and eager to learn.
Support the wider school community and participate in staff meetings, CPD, and events.About You:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally with Year 3.
Confident in delivering the national curriculum in a creative, supportive way.
Able to manage behaviour effectively and create a warm, inclusive classroom.
Keen to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
