Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or Bachelor of Education
Have experience teaching in primary (ideally Year 3), though ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
Demonstrate strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
Use creativity and initiative to support pupils' academic and personal development
