Salary: £120 – £200 per day (depending on experience and pay scale)

GSL Education are currently seeking an experienced and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Eastbourne from September. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a passionate educator looking to make a real difference in a Key Stage 2 classroom.
About the Role:
Full classroom responsibilities for a Year 3 class
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Working collaboratively with the KS2 team and support staff
Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Have recent experience teaching in a primary setting, ideally in KS2
Demonstrate strong classroom management and clear communication
Show commitment to supporting pupil achievement and wellbeing
Have a thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
