The Role – Year 3 Class Teacher:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in bridging lower and upper Key Stage 2. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering engaging, purposeful lessons that inspire curiosity and achievement

Planning collaboratively with your year group partner to ensure consistency and innovation
*
Providing excellent pastoral support and nurturing pupils’ independence and confidence

Using formative and summative assessment to track progress and adapt teaching

Working in partnership with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure success for every child
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3
*
Deep understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment practices

A reflective, motivated practitioner who is open to new ideas and best practices
*
Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
*
A collaborative mindset and a commitment to contributing to whole-school improvement
