An outstanding and well-respected two-form entry primary school in Cambridge is looking to appoint a passionate and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their enthusiastic Key Stage 2 team from September 2025. The Role:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
*
Build on pupils' foundational skills from Key Stage 1 and help develop their independence
*
Use effective assessment strategies to support progress and inform planning
*
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity and confidence
*
Work collaboratively with your year group partner to plan, assess, and share good practice
*
Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
*
QTS and experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3
*
A thorough understanding of the lower KS2 curriculum and progression from KS1
*
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
*
A reflective and enthusiastic approach to teaching
*
A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil development
