About the Role:
As a Year 4 Classroom Teacher in Hull, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage pupils. You will bring strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities of Year 4 Classroom Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support student development.
Maintain accurate records of student achievement and behaviour.
Promote a love of learning and encourage curiosity and creativity in the classroom.
What We’re Looking in Year 4 Classroom Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
A passion for education and a desire to make a difference.
