We are working with a welcoming and inclusive 2-form entry primary school in Barnet that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team for the full 2025/26 academic year. There is strong potential for this role to extend into the following year.
Role Details:
Position: Year 4 Primary Teacher
Location: Barnet
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Hours: 08:30-15:30
Pay Scale: MPS1-MPS6 (dependent on experience)
Support: Full-time Teaching Assistant in class
School Type: Inclusive, multi-faith community school
Structure: 2-form entry (collaborative planning and support)What We're Looking For:
UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Recent experience teaching in KS2 - ideally Year 4
Strong understanding of the English National Curriculum
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A team-oriented mindset and proactive teaching approach
