Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs?Hays Education is working with a welcoming one-form entry Church of England primary school in Westminster to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Year 4 who are currently working at a Year 1 level.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a nurturing approach and a strong understanding of differentiated learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
Help pupils access the curriculum at their developmental level.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development.
