Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Creating engaging and differentiated lessons that follow the KS2 curriculum
Establishing clear expectations and routines to maintain a calm and focused classroom
Encouraging a safe and inclusive learning space where pupils feel valued and motivated
Using assessment tools to track progress and tailor future learning
Promoting independence, resilience, and a growth mindset in pupils
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Getting involved in school life through trips, assemblies, and enrichment activities
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4 (preferred but not essential)
Is confident in managing behaviour and creating a positive classroom culture
Is reflective, flexible, and committed to inclusive teaching practices
Communicates effectively and works well within a team
Is enthusiastic about continuous learning and curriculum development
