Smile Education are delighted to be working with a welcoming and vibrant Primary School in Leicester who are seeking a committed Year 4 Teacher to join their supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who brings energy, creativity, and strong classroom management to their practice.
We are looking for someone who can create an engaging learning environment, inspire pupils, and support their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons for Year 4
Maintain a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Support pupils’ learning, progress and wellbeing
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and adaptability
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school lifeRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
Previous teaching experience, ideally within KS2 / Year 4
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
