Are you a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Teacher looking for a new opportunity this September? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
Teach Plus is currently working with a welcoming and inclusive 3-form entry primary school in Redbridge, known for its strong leadership, collaborative ethos, and commitment to high standards of teaching and learning. The school is seeking a confident and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their KS2 team from September 2025 on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in a well-structured school with shared planning, experienced colleagues, and excellent professional development. The school welcomes applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers.
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
➢ Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum
➢ Support the academic, emotional, and social development of all pupils in your class
➢ Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour, and pupil progress
➢ Work closely with your year group team to share planning and best practice
➢ Develop positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues
➢ Use formative and summative assessment to track progress and inform teaching
The ideal candidate will have:
➢ A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, particularly in Year 4
➢ Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
➢ A reflective and proactive approach to professional development
➢ A UK-recognised teaching qualification with QTS (or pending for ECTs)
➢ An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
➢ The right to work in the UK
