Year 4 Class Teacher – Maternity Cover
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Maternity Cover (1 year)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Expected to uphold the school’s high expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement
Person Specification:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Proven experience teaching in KS2, ideally in Year 4
*
Confident with curriculum planning, delivery, and classroom management
*
Flexible, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards
*
Not open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) due to the nature of the role
