We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Year 4 Teacher to join our team from September 2025.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a Year 4 class, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that challenges and supports all learners. You will inspire pupils to develop their skills and knowledge, preparing them for the next stage of their education in Key Stage 2 and beyond.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers who are passionate about teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons to a Year 4 class
*
Promote high standards of behaviour and a positive classroom ethos
*
Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and tailor teaching
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the KS2 team and across the school
*
Develop strong relationships with pupils, families, and the wider community
*
Participate in school events, clubs, and enrichment activities
We Are Looking For
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Good knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, especially Year 4 expectations
*
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
*
Passion for teaching and commitment to pupil achievement
*
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
*
Reflective and motivated with a desire to develop professionally
*
