About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our team from September 2025. You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that engage pupils and support their academic and personal growth during this vital stage of their education.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and motivated

Support pupils’ development of key skills including independence, teamwork, and critical thinking

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and share best practice

Maintain effective communication with parents and carers to support pupil progress

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4 or adjacent year groups

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective assessment methods
