Job Description
Trust Education is working on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school to recruit an experienced and proactive Year 4 Teacher for a September start. This role is to cover a long-term sickness absence, with the potential to extend across the full academic year.
This is a great opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality lessons and building strong relationships with both pupils and staff.
The Role:

Full-time teaching responsibility for a friendly, easy-going Year 4 class
*
Planning and delivering lessons aligned with the Year 4 curriculum
*
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
*
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and support across the school
Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
*
Up-to-date safeguarding certification or willing to complete one prior to start date.
*
Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum
*
Ability to plan engaging and well-differentiated lessons
*
Organised, proactive, and confident classroom management skills
*
Enhanced DBS Certificate
