Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver and assess age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievements and attendance.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents to support student development and well-being.
* Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and resilience.
* Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
* QTS or PGCE
* Experience teaching in a primary school is preferred.
* A strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
* Enthusiasm for continuous professional development for educational best practices.
* Enhanced DBS check.
* Right to work in the UK
