Smile Education are proud to be supporting a welcoming primary school in Rugeley who are looking for a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join their dedicated team.
About the Role: As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s learning journey.
Foster a love of learning, resilience, and independence in every pupil.About You: We are looking for someone who is:
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent).
Experienced in teaching KS2, ideally Year 4.
Passionate about inspiring young minds and raising attainment.
Strong in classroom management with excellent communication skills.
