 Pay Rate: £155 - £230 per day (dependent on experience)
 Start Date: 3rd November 2025
 Contract: Full-time, long-term with the potential to become permanent
Long Term Futures are working with a supportive primary school in Washwood Heath (B8) who are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team from 3rd November 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role within a welcoming school community, with the potential to move onto a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Track pupil progress and contribute to assessments and reports
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school communityCandidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
Ability to inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their potential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
