Full-time - 5 Days/Week

Are you a creative, innovative Year 5 Class Teacher looking for a new role in a nurturing and supportive primary school? If so, we want to hear from you!
Teach Plus are currently working with a 3-form entry, 'Good' primary school located in Hounslow who are seeking a Year 5 Class Teacher to join them from September 2025.
The school is a vibrant, diverse primary school who have creativity and excellence at the heart of everything they do. They look for innovative primary teachers who can plan engaging, challenging lessons whilst focusing on achieving the most from each individual child. The senior leadership team are well established, who have a clear vision of the school's focus and how to achieve the best from their staff and pupils.
As a Year 5 Class Teacher you will be expected to:
Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments
Write assessments and reports
Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression
Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school
The ideal candidate for the Year 5 Class Teacher will have:
Have strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
Have recent experience teaching, ideally within a primary school setting
Has a passion for teaching and learning and ambitious
Be creative and energetic, with strong classroom management skills
UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Early Career Teachers and overseas trained teachers are encouraged to apply.
