Location: Greenwich, South East London
Start date: 6th November 2025
Contract: Full-time, until July 2026
Salary: M1 - M6 (Inner London Pay Scale)

Prospero Teaching is delighted to be working with a fantastic, forward-thinking primary school in Greenwich who are seeking a Year 5 Class Teacher to join their supportive team from November through to the end of the academic year.

The Role:
· Teaching a lively and engaging Year 5 class of enthusiastic learners
· Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
· Working closely with the Year 5 team and support staff to create a positive learning environment
· Promoting creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning
The Ideal Candidate:
· A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in Key Stage 2
· Passionate about delivering inspiring and engaging lessons
· A reflective practitioner with excellent classroom management skills
· Committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
· A positive team player with strong communication skills
